1. How do you verify?

At DriveMe, we have a rigorous verification process to ensure that all our drivers meet the highest standards of professionalism and reliability. This process includes:

  • Thorough background checks, including criminal records and previous employment history.
  • Verification of driving licenses and relevant certifications.
  • Personal interviews and skill assessments.
  • Reference checks with past employers, clients, and guarantors.

2. Are you sure they can be trusted?

Yes, we take the trustworthiness of our drivers very seriously. Our comprehensive verification process is designed to screen for individuals with a proven track record of reliability and professionalism. Additionally, we continuously monitor our drivers' performance through customer feedback and regular evaluations to ensure they maintain our high standards.

3. Did you find out their previous workplace and verify their story?

This helps us ensure that the stories provided by our drivers are accurate and that they have a positive work history.

4. If we are paying a management fee, why should we pay a processing fee?

The management fee covers the ongoing support and services provided by DriveMe, including driver management, performance monitoring, and customer service. The processing fee, on the other hand, covers the initial costs associated with the thorough vetting and onboarding of drivers, such as background checks, skills assessments, and administrative processing. Both fees ensure that we can provide you with the highest quality service and support.

5. Do they test drive with you before being sent out?

Yes, all our drivers undergo a test drive with our experienced evaluators before being assigned to clients. This practical assessment helps us gauge their driving skills, adherence to safety protocols, and overall competency to ensure they meet our standards.

6. What if the driver has been proven to have stolen? Who replaces what is stolen?

In the unfortunate event that a driver is proven to have stolen property, DriveMe will take immediate action to address the situation.
